Laskar Pelangi : Great Location

Hey fellow readers, so sorry I have been away for a couple weeks. I took a couple of days to rest from work and blogging. But I have not neglecting a lot, I was actually taking a trip to Laskar Pelangi's movie location in Belitung. The movie boosted Belitung's tourism so much, they make everyone want to go there, including me and my travel mates. These are some pictures where the movie shoot's located. Lots of rock and beautiful sandy beach. Some rocks are hard to climb makes me wonder how hard it is for the filmmakers to make the movie. Too bad it's rainy back then.

The tourist guide said they were only shooting in Tanjung Tinggi, but when I look it on web they shoot also in Tanjung Kelayang and Tanjung Pendam. Too bad we didn't explore the other location, since it's not the package we signed up for. But I figure these pictures are worth to be shared with all of you.
